Orders are packed in Brooklyn within 1–2 business days. During holidays and busy gifting periods, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll always email you if there's a delay.
Delivery times
Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Expedited options, where available, are shown at checkout.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Any active free-shipping thresholds are applied automatically.
Fragrance shipping
Alcohol-based perfumes are shipped by ground transport in line with carrier regulations, which can add a day or two to certain routes.
International orders
Where international shipping is available at checkout, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
