Returns & Refunds
Return window
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can issue return instructions.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes, oils, cosmetics, body care and bakhoor cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
